Essential Rhythms are pleased to be able to provide drum circles for the corporate environment, small businesses, companies and not-for-profit organisiations

We can facilitate drum circles that benefit both employees and employers by way of creating workplace harmony and improved team performance. Drum circles bring people together in manner unlike any other and allows all participants to loose their inhibitions, if any and at least for the duration of the circle, and rise to their inner potential.

When we leave the circle we fell invigorated, calm and focused. We are then able to apply this renewed energy into other areas of our lives in both work and leisure.

If you’re note smiling, you’re not doing it right. Smiling releases tension and calms the nerves.

Rhythm is life itself, everything and everyone has it's/their own personal rhythm1. The rhythm is created by the vibration of our bio-electromagnetic fields and these fields are governed by the billions of “Vortices” at our nerve endings throughout our body and brain, which are all vibrating at different rates. Drumming helps connect the left and right sides of our brain, when this happens our vortices start to vibrate at the same rate or “Entrain”.

With our body and mind in 'sync' we can adjust our vibratory rate by changing or fine-tuning our rhythms being played. From this we can then gain clarity, focus, health, peace and happiness. These feelings and personal achievements can stay with us long after the circle has finished.

A group with focus is a group with power! The greater the focus the greater the power or energy!

Essential Rhythms can facilitate drum circles for small, medium and large businesses, for the purpose of team building, stress release or even as an end of year get-together.
